Greetings! I am a design and user experience leader. I have managed many different design teams. I take on complex design challenges and deliver awesome products. I couldn’t do this without the talented people I work with and the collaboration between the design team and the other teams we work with.

This blog is where I write about designing, designers and the craft of design. I share the things I’ve learned over the years on how to make designers successful, how to get to successful designs, and most of all how to have fun.

I call my blog “Design Cohesion” because successful products need cohesive teams. Design and UX teams drive the design and research that makes a product successful. At the same time, everyone on a product team has a role in the user’s experience. So when Design and UX teams collaborate closely with the rest of the product team, we get successful, beautifully designed products.
